KETTLEBELL CROSS TRAINING

As a Kettlebell Academy affiliate our training team boasts one of only nine Master instructors in Canada and a number of Kettlebell Trainer Specialists. Our KB Cross Training class is a lot of fun. A hybrid class built around the dynamic and athletic movement of Kettlebell sport, you’ll challenge your core, strength, mobility conditioning and focus to great music and with a phenomenal group of people. Kettlebell training is renowned for its ability to melt fat and build a lean and powerful athlete.

         

Yoga Tune Up®

Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy format built around the three P’s – Pain, Posture and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga. By helping to identify and target your “body blind spots”; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused, YTU heals damaged muscle, increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns to help you live better in your body.

     

NATURAL MOVEMENT 

Natural movement is complete fitness without exercise. Instead we move continuously the way our human bodies have evolved to over generations,: crawling, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing. Based on MovNat and Parkour, the goal is to perform real-world movement effectively and efficiently, building our movement skills by adapting to our environment. A healthier, stronger more agile body and a sharper mind are the natural byproducts of this creative process.
